Happy new week, Aimery! I love you and miss you so much!
I had a pretty good week. Work was a bit slow, but I was still blessed enough to get out on the water 3 days this week and pulled off a pretty seamless diver rescue as boat captain on Friday! I am glad I didn’t split my head open this time and bleed all over the boat, haha.
Law school has been going well, too. I have been live streaming on YouTube to keep myself on track with my studies. I try to livestream up to 3 times a day on days when I don’t have work or class, and on my busy days, I try to stream at least once.
This week, on Friday, while I was getting ready to rescue one of our divers who couldn’t get back to the boat during a dive, Zara passed her RYA SCR Radio Exam! So, she officially has her first marine licence coming soon. Her next course will be an official Boatmaster 3 course in a week or so, and then a Competent Crew course in November. She is slowly getting ready to become a marine professional. I also set out a business plan for us to get a small boat and start a little charter business. I am very much looking forward to that coming to pass one of these days.
Friday was also Pizza Friday! We had to celebrate Zara’s passing of her exam, and it was fun and delicious!
Saturday, we went to the beach and went to town, and on Sunday we went for a fruit walk and found a HUGE Soursop; what a blessing! We also saw some beautiful flowers on the walk <3.
I can’t wait to show you around Orange Valley one day. Nana and I are buying some land in the area, so we will have lots to show you in time.
