Happy new week, Aimery! I love you so much, Buhbuh.
My week has been wonderful, and I hope yours has been as well.
I worked on Monday and Wednesday this week. So, it was pretty slow on the work front, but I had law classes Monday to Thursday, as usual.
Zara and I had a wonderful day at the beach with Astoria on Wednesday! It was such a blast, and Astoria is doing so well in the water now. We just went to Darkwood Beach for a few minutes, but it is such a blessing to be able to go to the beach and enjoy the afternoon like that.
We have been watching a lot of “Adventure Time”. It is such a good show. I am sure you would like it. It is so silly, and the artwork is great.
On Friday, we went to Eden Beach and saw a bunch of piggies and piglets. The baby piglets were definitely the cutest part of the day, haha. We also played pickleball on the beach and did some snorkelling.
Aren’t those little piglets so cute! There were so many piggies there on Friday and we are hopefully going to go back next week Friday while Astoria is at the vet!
Friday was fun and tiring, but our weekend shenanigans weren’t complete just yet! On Saturday, we got to watch the Antigua Men’s Football team beat Anguilla 5 - 0! All of the goals were scored in the first half, and it was a really enjoyable game to be it. We will hopefully get to watch more high-level football over the next few months.
And today, Sunday, we went snorkelling with AnuBlue Ocean Restoration Snorkel Club. Anu Blue Ocean is a non-profit that supports marine restoration in Antigua and Barbuda. They have a club that goes out once every 3 months, and it was so much fun to join them today.
We saw so many flounders, 2 eagle rays, a bunch of moon jellyfish, and so many other cool things underwater. I hope we get to join them again!
And that was our week! Lots of other small things happened, of course, but these were the highlights. I miss you so much, Aims. You will always be the light of my life <3.
