Dear Aimery Keith Lewis #30
Lack of pics... my fault!
Happy new week, Aimery!
I know I said that week that I would find a solution to the issue of not having enough storage on my phone, but this week was extremely busy, and to be honest, I didn’t put enough mental energy into finding a solution; that was my fault. The solution has been found, though! I will take all the pics I want, and then delete them after I upload them, duh! Such a simple solution to such a silly “problem” (what a first-world problem to have, haha). This week I spent Sunday & Monday crewing on a Yachmaster prep course, Tuesday & Wednesday getting my PADI Rescue Diver Certification, and then came back to crew Thursday, Saturday, and today! It has been a busy, but rewarding week!
I did have some pics that I got from WhatsApp for this week, though, so I will share those! Some from my walk on Wednesday after finishing my PADI course, and some from the week of sailing. Luffy is also getting so big! He came along for my entire 4.5km walk on Wednesday! I was very proud of him.
Diving and sailing were fun this week, but my fruit finding walks are what I enjoy most!

The walks usually take an hour or two, but by the end of them, I end up with a delicious bag of fruits! This time I got some mangoes, ackee, and sugar apples! There are also so many pretty flowers along the walk.
And when I am done having my snack, there are leftovers for Oscar, the donkey, to enjoy!
I treated myself to a special lunch on Wednesday, after passing my PADI course, and then on Thursday I got guilt-tripped into getting a special Thanksgiving lunch, haha. So I guess we both hopefully got yummy Thanksgiving meals this week! Honestly, though, I really enjoy the soup that I have most days for lunch and dinner. I have started to only eat between noon and 6 pm, and I have been feeling great recently.

Vegan meal: 2 slices of lasagna, butter nut squash, nuggets, breadfruit, and soy chunks. Thanksgiving special: creole kingfish, mac pie, salad, scalloped potatoes, lentil rice, and 2 pieces of cake <3. Chloe’s special soup: lots of yummies, haha.
I love the place where I get the vegan food, though! Once I get a real job, you can expect to find me there quite often!
Diving was fun, I only got a few post-diving pics:

It’s getting quite cold for me during the dives, so I am excited to get a long-sleeve wetsuit soon! Currently, I am just using a shortie, which helps a lot, but I get cold very quickly/easily.

Some friends of mine took the Cruising Instructor course and passed! I was very excited for them! And last night we slept out in the bay. The saloon wasn’t the most comfortable, haha, but I survived! And this morning I had a couple of cups of tea and some bread and cheese for breakfast. I usually don’t eat breakfast these days, but I was cheating a lot this week, haha. The most sugar I have had in a long time as well… oops. There were 4 superyachts in the bay with us when we woke up, and we had a pretty good morning of sailing. Beautiful sailing weather all week!
This upcoming week should be a lot more chill. I will probably dive at least once, God’s willing, and I will be helping out at the sailing school when I am not diving. Hopefully, there will be some fruit finding walks in there as well.
I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving week/weekend, Aimery. You always did love to eat, haha, so I hope you got to eat a bunch of yummy foods! I love you and miss you so much, BuhBah.
With lots of love,
Dada <3
