Dear Aimery Keith Lewis #29
My God Sized Dream
This month, your Nana and I have been doing a devotional on the topic of God sized dreams. It is quite an enjoyable devotional. I enjoy that it helps me refocus myself each day, and helps me to remind myself about what the next most important steps are in my God sized dream. When I was a child, my dreams were quite simple: play professional soccer, make my family happy, have a wife and child <3. Now, I find myself dreaming of more specific things, but with an even simpler overarching purpose. My dream is to live a life that makes God proud; a life full of love and providence. As I have stated many times in these letters, YOU are the main inspiration for this life that I live, and for the dreams that I have, but the love of the Lord is the purpose. I feel that I am stepping forward in my God sized dream daily. I am working towards my Divemaster (SCUBA) and Yachmaster (sailing) certifications, I am getting healthier and stronger physically each day, and I am building a life I can be proud of; a life full of love and community.
I haven’t been doing as good a job at taking pictures this week, because my Google account storage is almost full, haha, but I will figure that out soon. This past week was mostly spent working at the diving school and the sailing school. Each day that I help out with the diving school, I get a free day of diving, which is awesome! By helping out at the sailing school, I get discounted sailing courses. Hopefully, these will both lead to an actual paying job next year, but for now, I am grateful for how much I have been able to learn at both of these schools. I hope that we are able to sail and dive together one day, and for now, I will work towards my goal of working on a Trade Winds boat so that it can be more of a reality.
This week’s leisure time in pics:

When I am not working at the sailing or diving school, I am walking around the valley looking for fruits or heading to the beach. Both Luffy and Runty try and follow me on my walks, which is cut when I am walking around the valley, but I don’t let Runty follow to the beach anymore (Luffy hasn’t tried, but I'm sure he would). To get to the beach from the valley, you have to cross a main road, and I don’t feel safe as the tourist season is getting busier. Also, Runty got into a fight recently, and I just want him to rest and not get into as much trouble. He seems to be doing well recently. Luffy is getting SO BIG though! Hope he continues to grow well. He was a bunch of fleas and gets ticks often, little bugger.
Random pic of the week:
This is a pic of me as a baby with Gramgrams carrying me. I miss her every day, but by living out my God sized dream each day, I feel closer to her. I feel as though she would be proud of the life I am living, which means a lot to me. She loved you so much as well <3.
I hope you are having a wonderful weekend, Aimery. It is Thanksgiving weekend coming up, so I hope you are surrounded by good food, loving family, and maybe even some Black Friday shopping, haha. I always remember Thanksgiving in the States being a lot of fun. I hope you enjoy!
Love you lots and miss you every day, Buhbuh,
Love Dada
