Dear Aimery Keith Lewis #26
Puppy Love <3
Happy new week, Aimery! I hope you had a wonderful Halloween weekend! I hope you got lots of pictures so I can look back in adoration one day. Hope you got lots of candy as well! I always remember Halloween being such a fun event when I was a child. I know that a lot of places don’t really do trick-or-treating door-to-door like they used to, but I hope you were able to experience that this year. It is such a fun time, everyone is out in their costumes, running around trying to see how much candy you and your friends can get in a few hours.
My week’s treat was a new puppy being dropped off at the property I live at, for my landlord. I have pretty much adopted him, though, and his name is Luffy!

He is so cute, and we have been playing and cuddling all week! I am excited to see how his personality changes as he grows up. For now, he is rambunctious and playful.
Other than playing with Luffy all week, I did my RYA Powerboat Level 2 course and the first half of my RYA Yachmaster Exam. The powerboat course was quite enjoyable, and we saw a pretty rainbow as we finished up the day.

The final half of my exam is tomorrow, Monday, so I will take the Independence holiday to study, and hopefully it will go well. I have a few more courses to do before the end of the year. I have my PADI Rescue Diver course in late November, my RYA Yachmaster Coastal Practical in the beginning of December, and I am hoping to have my PADI Divemaster certification at least started before the end of the year. The goal is to start the new year looking for longer-term work. Currently, I intern with Second Star Sailing and Antigua Scuba School, but my dream job is to be a Captain for Trade Winds <3.
I had a very productive day on Thursday of this past week! I got passport photos done, got my ENG 1 Medical done, finally opened a bank account here (and put $5 in it, haha), and ended the day hanging out at the beach with a friend. It was a wonderful day.

The rest of the week was quite chill. I am starting to get back into swimming. I signed up for the 4k swim race instead of the 2k I did last year, so I am trying to work my way back up, but my body seems to be fighting me a bit, haha. Every time I go for a swim, I am so tired the next day that I am pretty much out of commission. Something to work on, I think I need to eat more.
This upcoming week, I don’t have much planned after the exam tomorrow. I mostly just want to get back into the swing of things here and work on my physical fitness and flexibility.
Love you so much Buhbuh! I hope you have a wonderful first week of Christmas ;). Enjoy the holiday season! I hope to see you soon <3.
Love Dada.
