Happy birthday week, Aimery! 9, WOW! Time flies. Seems like just yesterday you were running to the park at full speed as I chased behind you with Arsy and came home to a fun bath time in the tub <3. I hope you have a wonderful week and an exciting birthday. I also hope you receive many presents and get to spend the day with loved ones. The best part of birthdays, in my opinion, is that you generally are surrounded by your favourite people in the whole world. I probably won’t be able to see you this year, but I will be thinking of you and praying for you, as always. Also, I will be celebrating in my own way. Going on a nice long walk and taking a dip at the beach, reminiscing on all of the lovely memories I have with you,
This past week, Hurricane Erin was coming towards the Caribbean. It ended up becoming a Category 5 hurricane by the time it passed us, but luckily, it passed a few hundred miles north of us, and all we felt were some strong winds. Some scattered plant material around the yard was the most noticeable outcome where I live. It could have been much worse, so we had to prepare! I spent the week helping friends and the sailing school get their boats ready for the coming storm.
Before the storm, we of course had to have some fun!

And then of course, when on Kai Coconut, I had to try out my front flips…
Sooooo painful! So I had to try again, of course!
Still painful lol! But it was a lot of fun. I hope we get to go to Kai Coconut together one day. They have water slides as well, so you don't HAVE to jump off the platform, although I think you would enjoy it.
After the day of fun in the sun, we had a nice team dinner to celebrate putting my friend’s boat away.
The next day, it was time to put another friend’s boat into the marina (he keeps it anchored most of the time), and I got to drive the tender for the first time!
It was a short ride back from his boat to the dock, but it was a lot of fun! I want to get my own now, haha. This is the boat we were tying up.
I am learning quite a lot as I help out others with their boats. Looking forward to having one of my own in the future.
Then was the calm before the storm.
Although tbh it looks quite peaceful.
All week, I have been taking care of the pups still; they are super cute! I hope they find a home soon!

Millie is the small one drinking, Narla is the golden cutie, Kizzy is the handsome boy playing with Narla, and Orrie is the pretty lady lying in the dirt <3. They are all so playful and loving, but Narla is my favourite, I think. I would keep them all if I could.
And that was my week. Oh, I also got some dragonfruit today from the yard the pups are in (or technically from the neighbours?) I gave one to my neighbour Billy, and I am about to have one now for dessert!
I hope they are yummy; they are definitely ripe.
I love you so much Aimery. Have a fantastic birthday BuhBuh.
With lots of love,
Dada <3
